Locally sourced ingredients

Lincolnshire is rich with a wide range of quality food producers and we try wherever we can to source the best ingredients on offer on our doorstep. The big favourites on the menu? Try chef’s homemade pie of the day or Skipper’s Catch – freshly landed Grimsby cod deep fried in Batemans ale batter. It’s delicious. There’s much more besides including great choices for young guests and vegetarians. We will always endeavour to cater for additional dietary requirements, too. Just have a word with one of the team.
